A Slovenian seller: what you really get for the same price
The difference between a Slovenian provider and an international online marketplace is not only logistical. It affects warranty, returns, data protection and trust.

With intimate equipment, the difference between a Slovenian seller and a foreign online market is bigger than you would think. It is not merely logistics and price.
Warranty rights and returns
A buyer in Slovenia has a two-year warranty on the product, a 14-day right to unconditional withdrawal from the contract and access to a court in their own language if something goes wrong. With a Chinese marketplace you do not actually have these three rights, on paper perhaps, in practice not.
Authenticity of the product
Many brand-leading products (Satisfyer, We-Vibe, Lelo, Bathmate) are a target for counterfeits. A Slovenian importer buys directly from the manufacturer or from an official distributor for the EU. This means: your product is genuine, including the manufacturer's warranty.
On foreign marketplaces there are many counterfeits. The picture is the same, the product in the box is different. With intimate products this is not just disappointment, the material can be low-quality or toxic.
Protection of personal data
A Slovenian seller is bound by the GDPR. Your shopping data is legally protected; it cannot be shared with an advertising system without your consent. With non-EU sellers this protection does not apply.
Discretion and delivery
Neutral packaging, Slovenian couriers, shopping in the Slovenian language, legal rights that actually apply. This is the sum that makes a purchase with a local provider sensible.
