Loyalty program
A loyalty program that starts with your first order.
Your first discount unlocks at €25.00 of shopping. Points build with every order, and to take them off the total at checkout you have to be signed in to your account.
Every purchase returns 1% of its value, 1.5% at the top tier.
You need an account to spend points. They belong to the email on the order and you collect them as a guest too, but you only see and spend them once you are signed in to an account on that address.
Three steps
Order
Nothing to switch on, and no card to carry around with you.
Points are credited
They land when the order is placed. Not usable on that order, ready for the next one.
Sign in and take them off
At checkout you have to be signed in to your account. Only then do you choose how many points to spend and the amount due drops.
The tier path
Tiers move with your lifetime points, and from there every order earns more. Your first discount arrives well before your first tier.

The exact rules
- Points are credited when the order is placed, not when it is paid or delivered.
- Only the value of the items counts. Shipping earns nothing.
- You redeem them while signed in to your account, in steps of 25 points, which is €0.25 off. The discount cannot exceed the value of the items in your basket.
- If an order is cancelled, the points from it are taken back.
- Points do not expire. They stay on the balance until you spend them.
- You need an account to spend points: guests collect them on the order email, but you redeem them only once you are signed in to an account on that address.
- A verified review of a product you bought earns 50 loyalty points, whatever rating you give. We reward at most 3 reviews per order.
Open an account and see your balance
Without an account the points can be neither seen nor spent, so opening one is the only step you have to take. If you have ordered as a guest, use the same email and the points appear.
