About This Form

This form is a model based on Annex I of EU Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights and the Annex (withdrawal form) of the Slovenian Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot-1). Use it if you want to withdraw from a distance contract (online purchase).

Using this exact form is not mandatory — any clear written statement of withdrawal (email, letter) is sufficient. The form simply makes the process easier.

Before sending the form, also read the Return Policy — note in particular the exception under Article 135 of ZVPot-1 for sealed hygiene goods, where the right of withdrawal does NOT apply if the security seal or original packaging has been opened after delivery.

Deadline and Process

• You have 14 days from receiving the goods to send us this withdrawal notice.
• After sending the notice, you have another 14 days to actually ship the goods back.
• We refund within 14 days of receiving your notice (we may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or proof of dispatch).
