What counts is the date you send the notice, not the date we receive it. Sending it on the last day of the period is still in time.

Using this exact form is not mandatory: any unequivocal statement showing that you withdraw from the contract works just as well. The form's text is also printed further down this page if you would rather copy it into an e-mail.

About This Form

This form is a model based on Annex I of EU Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights and the form under Article 138 paragraph 5 of the Slovenian Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot-1). Use it if you want to withdraw from a distance contract (online purchase).

Using this exact form is not mandatory — any clear written statement of withdrawal (email, letter) is sufficient. The form simply makes the process easier.

Before sending the form, also read the Return Policy — note in particular the exception under point 7 of Article 135 of ZVPot-1, which applies only to goods that actually arrive sealed, and only where the security seal was opened after delivery. Opening the shipping box does not remove the right of withdrawal.

Deadline and Process

You have 14 days from receiving the goods to send us this withdrawal notice.
After sending the notice, you have another 14 days to actually ship the goods back.
We refund within 14 days of receiving your notice (we may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or proof of dispatch).
