Shipping and Delivery

Discreet delivery

Every parcel is packed in neutral packaging with no logos, advertising or any visible markings that would reveal the contents or the supplier. The sender is shown as Viagostar d.o.o. with no indication of the line of business. The invoice is sent by email only; it is never enclosed inside the parcel.

Discretion is guaranteed on every order, at no extra charge.

Where we deliver

We deliver to Slovenia and across the European Union. The exact list of countries, carriers and prices is in the price list by country at the bottom of this page. The shipping cost depends on the carrier and the destination country, and is finalised in the cart once you enter your delivery address.

Delivery methods

Parcels are delivered by the carriers DPD and GLS. Which methods are available depends on the destination country: the exact choice is shown in the cart once the address is entered, and an overview by country is in the price list at the bottom of the page.

• Home delivery: the courier delivers the parcel to a home or business address. In Slovenia the carrier is DPD or GLS, in Croatia DPD, in other EU countries as shown in the price list.
• Pickup point: in Slovenia and Croatia a DPD pickup point (a partner shop or a DPD parcel locker) can be chosen at checkout, by searching for a town or postcode or by listing the nearest points. A GLS parcel locker is chosen on the map wherever GLS is available.

Some DPD partner pickup points, such as petrol stations, charge their own fee when a parcel is collected or paid for by cash on delivery. We neither set nor charge this fee, so it is not included in the delivery price and is not shown in the cart; it is paid directly at the pickup point. According to DPD (as of 6 October 2026), in Slovenia Petrol charges €0.50 for handing over a parcel and €1.00 for cash on delivery, while MOL&INA, Logo, Shell and 3DVA kiosks charge €0.85 for cash on delivery; collection from a DPD parcel locker is free.

All prices are gross (incl. VAT). You see the exact amount for your order in the cart once your address is entered.

Free shipping

On orders over €70.00 (value of goods, incl. VAT), shipping is free. The discount is applied automatically in the cart, whichever delivery method you choose.

Order processing and dispatch

• Orders placed on business days are normally dispatched the same or next business day.
• For bank-transfer (proforma / UPN) payment, processing starts once the transfer is received in our bank account.

After dispatch you receive an email with a Track & Trace number and a link to the carrier's tracker. The number becomes active in the carrier's system 2–4 hours after dispatch.

If every item in the order is in our own stock, delivery is faster than the range above. You see the exact estimate for your address in the cart, before you place the order.

Times are indicative and depend on the carrier. During pre-holiday periods or unforeseen events (weather, strikes) they may be longer.

Failed delivery and pickup

If the carrier cannot reach you at your address:

• Home delivery: the courier attempts delivery again or contacts you to arrange a new time.
• Pickup point or parcel locker: the parcel waits for pickup for a limited number of days, depending on the carrier, then returns to the sender.

If you do not collect the parcel in time and it returns to the sender, the cost of re-shipping is charged separately.

Cash on delivery

Cash on delivery is available in Slovenia and Croatia: with home delivery, at a GLS parcel locker and at DPD pickup points that accept cash. With cash on delivery selected, the DPD pickup-point picker shows only such points. Any surcharge and the conditions are shown at checkout. A fee that a pickup point charges for cash on delivery (see Delivery methods) is not part of this surcharge and is paid at the pickup point.

Tracking your parcel

After dispatch you receive a tracking number by email. Follow the status on our parcel tracking page (enter your order number and email), or directly with the carrier (DPD or GLS) using the tracking number provided.

If tracking shows no movement for more than 48 hours after dispatch, write to us at podpora@viagoshop.com and we will check the status with the carrier.
