Intimate care is not a matter of a gift. It is an everyday routine
A quality oil, lubricant or massage cream are not a luxury for special occasions. They are part of the daily care of the body.
We long viewed intimate care as something that comes occasionally, on holidays or for "special occasions". This lens is wrong and often counterproductive, the body needs care consistently, not occasionally.
What consistent care means
A water-based lubricant that you use even when you "do not need" it, because in the long run it preserves the quality of the intimate mucosa. A massage oil that you use for contact with your own body, a massage of the belly, shoulders, legs, not only during a sexual encounter.
Soft underwear made of natural materials that let the skin breathe. This is not a luxury, it is prevention for skin reactions and the intimate microflora.
An intimate soap or foam with a pH of about 5 (acidic). A universal gel soap is not friendly to the intimate pH and can in the long run change the natural balance.
What to buy if you are unsure
Start intimate care with three products: a quality water-based lubricant (a 300 ml bottle is cheaper in the long run than small packages), a neutral massage oil (almond or jojoba), a quality intimate soap with an adjusted pH.
Use all three products regularly, not for special occasions. That is the standard of a good routine.
