Why aggressive resolutions often do not work

A deep intimate connection with a partner or with yourself is often lost in January's bustle. It returns with small habits, a shared bath at the weekend, twenty minutes without a phone before sleep, considered contact with your own body.
Self-care is a technique, not a luxury
Intimate care is not a matter of a gift, it is part of everyday care. A quality lubricant, massage oil, soft underwear make sense in January because they provide what dry air and stress take away.
