Anal Beads

Anal beads are a row of spheres on a flexible core with a ring at the end. The sensation does not come from holding them in place but from drawing them out slowly, as each bead passes the muscle ring. The range holds 33 of them, from 9 to 23 cm long.

The category name is misleading: these are not kegel balls. Kegel balls are vaginal and made for the pelvic floor; these are anal and made for sensation.

Beads, chain or rosary

Models differ by bead count and diameter. Three- and four-bead strings are short, 14 to 15 cm, with a uniform diameter. Longer strings — a 23 cm silicone chain, or a 21 cm starter model — use graduated beads, so the first two are not the largest. Metal models with four 20 mm beads are rigid and considerably heavier than silicone.

The ring at the end is not decoration

Every item in this category ends in a ring or a handle. That is a safety requirement: without a stop, a string can slip inside, which is easier with beads than with a plug. Never improvise anal beads from other objects, and never use a string whose handle is damaged or missing.

Material and vibration

Silicone is soft and bends with the body, ABS plastic is rigid and glides more easily, and metal is the stiffest and holds temperature. Part of the range has a motor: rechargeable models offer up to ten vibration patterns and some add a remote. Use water-based lubricant with all of them — with silicone it is the only compatible option.
