Chinese balls

Kegel balls (also known as Ben Wa balls, love balls or geisha balls) are small weighted balls for pelvic floor training. Worn 10–15 minutes a day, they are held in place by the muscles themselves — which strengthens them without a dedicated workout. Our range includes single and double balls, weight-graded sets and vibrating versions, all made from body-safe materials such as medical-grade silicone and ABS.
„Pelvic floor exercises can be effective at reducing leaks. It's important to do them properly and include short squeezes and long squeezes.“
How to choose kegel balls
Beginners should pick larger, lighter balls — a bigger diameter is easier to hold and a lower weight will not overwork the muscles. As you progress, move to smaller, heavier balls or a graduated set. Every model in our range has a retrieval cord. Vibrating versions add stimulation and double as a couples' toy.
Use and care
Wash the balls before first use and after every session with warm water and mild soap or a toy cleaner. Use a water-based lubricant for insertion — silicone lube can damage silicone balls. Start with a few minutes a day and build up gradually. Store them in their pouch, separately from other toys.
Frequently asked questions
- Which kegel balls are best for beginners?
- Larger balls with a lower weight (around 30–40 g) made of medical-grade silicone, ideally a duo with a retrieval cord. They are easier to hold and more comfortable to train with.
- What is the difference between Ben Wa balls and kegel balls?
- None — they are different names for the same product: weighted balls used for pelvic floor training.
- How long should I wear kegel balls?
- Start with 10–15 minutes a day and extend gradually as your muscles strengthen; there is no need to exceed an hour daily. The NHS notes that it may take a few months of regular pelvic floor exercise before you see any benefits.
- Where can I buy kegel balls discreetly?
- We ship across the EU in plain, neutral packaging with no hint of the contents. Delivery typically takes 3–10 working days depending on the country.
