The use-by date is always on the box and on each individual wrapper. After the use-by date, do not use the condom, the material becomes brittle.
In a dry place, at room temperature (15–25 °C). Avoid wallets and pockets, heat and friction shorten the lifespan.
Yes. After the date passes, the latex dries out and cracks under stress. Even an undamaged wrapper does not mean safe use.
