Rock Hard tablets are a food supplement for adults in tablet form. The product contains natural plant extracts and minerals. Per 2 tablets: 400 mg Siberian ginseng (Eleutherococcus senticosus), 300 mg Tribulus terrestris, 200 mg L-arginine, 150 mg Muira puama (Ptychopetalum olacoides), 136 mg calcium (calcium carbonate) (17% RI*), 100 mg Serenoa repens.

Other ingredients include bulking agents E460 and E466, anti-caking agents E570, E551 and E470b, and coating agent hydroxypropyl methylcellulose. *RI = Reference Intake USAGE Take 2 tablets once daily with plenty of water. Do not take more than 2 tablets in 24 hours.
