Sex Match Foreplay Edition is a card game for couples where you match illustrations and words while performing challenges until one player runs out of cards. The game contains 89 playing cards (81 cards and 8 jokers) and 1 instruction card. Game rules: shuffle the 89 cards and deal 7 to each player.
Remaining cards stay face-down on the table forming the draw pile. The oldest player starts by randomly drawing the first card. The next player must discard a card matching the illustration or word on the table. Without a matching card, they draw from the pile and lose their turn.
When a player discards a card matching the previous card's word, they must immediately perform the action written on their card. Eight joker cards are available in four different types.
