Simply load it with your favorite beverage. Spin the balls and start pumping. Take turns rolling the ball with the numbers, then roll the ball with the pictures. Players must aim Jizz where it is shown on the second ball and then pump it the number of times indicated on the first ball.
If you're lucky, you can shoot an arrow left or right, meaning you can aim Jizz at the player to your left or right.
