Discretion isn't an add-on. It's the first decision we make while the parcel still stands on the warehouse shelf. We know the truth: the moment the courier rings the bell is yours. Not ours, not the driver's. We're part of a chain that ends at your doorstep, and that has to show in how we work.
So we don't start with picking a box. We start with a question: how can the parcel reach you without you having to think about it?
How we pack
We use neutral brown packaging with no logo, no slogan, no markings that could give away the contents. The inner protection is unprinted recycled cardboard. We seal the outer carton with plain brown tape, never branded.
Where possible, we choose a smaller box than we normally would. A smaller parcel draws less attention from a neighbour, in a parcel locker, at the office. Size is a quiet form of discretion that most shops overlook.
We don't judge a book by its cover, but parcels often are. So every outer wrap is the same, whether it holds an 8 euro sample or a 240 euro set. From the outside they're indistinguishable. That isn't a coincidence; it's a rule.
What's on the label
The label shows only your name, your address, and our return address. The return address is registered to a legal entity with a generic name, nothing on it hints at what you've bought. Even the courier's tracking number carries no description of the contents.
We send the invoice by email only, never inside the parcel. A partner, housemate, or child can accept it without seeing what you ordered. If you want one more layer of privacy, you can disable email notifications in your profile and keep only the delivery SMS active.
When it arrives and who rings
Standard delivery takes 3 to 10 working days, and the courier sends an SMS with a precise window. If you won't be home that day, you can choose a parcel locker in the order or with the courier, the most discreet option, since there's no expected contact with staff.
The courier doesn't know the contents. For them it's an ordinary parcel. They don't ask, comment, or open it. If they ring the bell, they'll greet you by name, nothing more.
Once you've taken the parcel, our tip is simple: peel the label off and dispose of it separately from the box. The inner packaging can go straight into recycling, because no product name appears on it. Any trail back to the contents is closed off for good.
For us, discretion is a measure. Every step from the warehouse to your door is judged by one question: would this make you uncomfortable? If it would, we change the process. We don't change you.
