Discreet delivery

What the courier sees

Neutral box. A plain cardboard box with no logo and no description of the contents on the outer label. The only visible information is your address, our return tag in an anonymised form ("Trgovina pošta, Ljubljana") and the courier barcode.

No contents on the declaration. Inside the EU there is no customs declaration; for non-EU shipments the declaration lists a general category only ("cosmetics, personal-care accessories") with no specific product name. The declared value is required by import rules.

Sender name is not revealed. The sender field shows our dispatch office name, not "ViagoShop". A neighbour, building manager or family member cannot tell from the outside what is inside or where it came from.

What your bank sees

Anonymised line on the statement. The card transaction appears on your statement as "ENS PAY" or "MOLLIE COM" depending on the payment processor. The shop name is not shown — if you review statements with a partner or accountant, the line gives nothing away.

For business or accounting purposes the official invoice (PDF) is delivered to your inbox and stored in your account on our site, where the contents are itemised.

Inner packaging

Inside the outer box each item is additionally protected (foam cushion or inner carton). For some larger items the inner wrap is the manufacturer's original packaging — this is standard for the industry, so we recommend opening in a private space rather than in front of children or third parties.

Returns

If you are returning an item, we recommend the same strategy: neutral box, no description of the contents. Send returns to the address in the returns instructions, not to the company head office.

Special requests

If you have a specific delivery requirement (parcel locker, alternative address, time window), add it to the order comment or email support@viagoshop.com. Special requests are passed to the courier before dispatch.
