Shipping and Delivery

Discreet delivery

Every parcel is packed in neutral packaging with no logos, advertising or any visible markings that would reveal the contents or the supplier. The sender is shown as Viagostar d.o.o. with no indication of the line of business. The invoice is enclosed in a sealed envelope inside the parcel.

Discretion is guaranteed on every order, at no extra charge.

Where we deliver

We deliver to Slovenia and across the European Union. The exact list of countries and prices is in the price list by country at the bottom of this page. The shipping cost depends on the carrier, the destination country and the parcel weight, and is finalised in the cart once you enter your delivery address.

Delivery methods

• GLS home delivery: delivery to your home or business address across Slovenia and the EU.
• GLS Paketomat: pickup at a GLS parcel locker of your choice. You pick the nearest locker on the map at checkout. Usually cheaper than home delivery.

All prices are gross (incl. VAT). You see the exact amount for your order in the cart once your address is entered.

Free shipping

On orders over €60.00 (value of goods, incl. VAT), shipping is free. The discount is applied automatically in the cart, whichever delivery method you choose.

Order processing and dispatch

• Orders placed on business days are normally dispatched the same or next business day.
• For bank-transfer (proforma / UPN) payment, processing starts once the transfer is received in our bank account.

After dispatch you receive an email with a Track & Trace number and a link to the carrier's tracker. The number becomes active in the carrier's system 2–4 hours after dispatch.

Times are indicative and depend on the carrier. During pre-holiday periods or unforeseen events (weather, strikes) they may be longer.

Failed delivery and pickup

If the carrier cannot reach you at your address:

• GLS home delivery: the courier attempts delivery again or contacts you to arrange a new time.
• GLS Paketomat: the parcel waits in the locker for pickup for about 5 working days, then returns to the sender.

If you do not collect the parcel in time and it returns to the sender, the cost of re-shipping is charged separately.

Cash on delivery

Cash on delivery is available with selected carriers within Slovenia. Any surcharge and the conditions are shown at checkout.

Tracking your parcel

After dispatch you receive a tracking number by email. Follow the status on our parcel tracking page (enter your order number and email), or directly with GLS using the tracking number provided.

If tracking shows no movement for more than 48 hours after dispatch, write to us at info@viagoshop.com and we will check the status with the carrier.
