Accessibility statement

ViagoShop works to make this store usable by everyone, including people with disabilities, in line with Directive (EU) 2019/882 (European Accessibility Act) and its national transpositions.

Conformance target

We target WCAG 2.2, level AA (EN 301 549): full keyboard navigation of all key journeys (purchase, search, account), visible focus indicators, text alternatives for images, sufficient colour contrast, 200 % zoom support and screen-reader compatibility.

Known limitations

• Embedded payment fields (Mollie) and the parcel-locker map (GLS) are third-party content; their accessibility is provided by those vendors.
• Some supplier product videos lack captions.
